This file is a self extracting RAR file that produces the files mentioned on the main home page.
They are smaller than they might be on another system because they are compressed with UPX.
Howver, try running the program on your computer first without these files if you have VB 6 or Microsoft Office 2000.
If that doesn't work, download these files and copy them into the folder with the program itself.
